Cathrine Grasdal works as a planner for Hordaland County Municipality and previously as a planning adviser to Nordland County Council, and Os Municipality.
Her scientific research paper, Street Art in Bergen, assesses the Municipality of Bergen’s five-year (2011-2015) action plan for dealing with and developing urban visual expressions such as graffiti and street art in public space, and its impact on different groups within the urban art scene in Bergen.
She holds a Bachelor in Art History and a Masters in Regional Development.
