UpNorth Festival (UPN) is a small organization based in the town of Bodø in Northern Norway. It was founded by Gøran Moya in 2013, with the first UPN festival taking place in 2015.
UPN works specifically within Northern Norway, where it tries to take urban art out of its usual environment and place it in new contexts using Norwegian nature and scenery. Each year, UPN Festival changes its location and has been held in such diverse places as the remote village of Sulitjelma in Nordland – just above the Arctic Circle.
UPN have also curated several art exhibitions and other art projects in and around Bodø.
